Brian Lannon grew up in Bonds Path, Placentia surrounded by musical talent. His parents, Nick and Shirley Lannon, really enjoyed music and their door was always open for people to drop in. A favourite tune was Music and Friends. After attending Humber College in Ontario, Brian worked on the Argentia Navel Base for a few years and then got a job in Churchill Falls where he met Percy Cutler from Ramea. They would get together with anyone who enjoyed Newfoundland music. Brian and Percy have performed and recorded as Slapped Together. Brian now works for NL Hydro and lives in Paradise.
